Important note about the pitstops. As you can see, they are mandatory. You will get a full tank of fuel and no tire wear, so technically you wouldn't need to pit at all through the whole distance, but mandatory means that you have to.

To avoid a situation of someone pitting 4 laps in a row to fulfill the requirement, there will be a 5 laps distance between each pit minumum. That means you can pit on lap 1, but then next on 6th, 11th, 16th. Please plan this before the race and note down the lap numbers that you want to pit at, so it doesnt get confusing. Make sure to not run into a situation, where you have 10 laps to go and 3 pits to serve, because obviously that wouldnt work.

I'm still working out on penalties for not pitting 4 times (or 2 in 31B) and having less than 5 laps distance between the pits, but they will be strong enough to make you lose all the potential advantage gained, so let's not go there. 4 pitstops and 5 laps distance between each at a 52 laps race give a lot of room for strategy.

Yes, National  :)  GP didn't work well the last time, distances between the cars we too huge.

On top of that, there will be a mandatory pitstop and day to night in the Evo race.

4 mandatory pitstops

Does that mean that we have to go to the pits and stop for "refuel" and "tire change" or we can just drive through pits and it will be counted aswell?

Yes, full pitstop. You have to stop in your box, get service and then drive away, this should be all on the replay for further verification. I wanted to do it the real way, so full tank of fuel, but tire wear enabled and pitstops for tires. Problem is that there's no tire wear indicator (which we might get in the near future) and the request menu is not working well with the tires. So instead, you got the mandatory ones. Remember about 5 laps minimum distance between each pitstop!

Yes, exactly the same. Also Beginner and Advanced has it. If you are using ABS High, I recommend to practice in Intermediate event - it should be good enough to practice everything, including pitstops with keeping the 5 laps distance between them.

Fantasy League Season 2 is now starting. If you want to start predicting the race off results with a clean slate, this weekend is the beginning of the season.

The predictor is configured and ready to go for this weekend's SRO Group A race.

How to Play:

Try and predict the Top 10 finishers of the Group A races each week. Each Saturday, I shall be entering the contestants from the Race to the Weekend events on Simraceway and all you need to do is select the racers in the places you think they might finish for both race 1 and race 2 (if applicable). Guessing players in the right places will earn you points. Other points are rewarded too. Here is how the point system works:

  • Guess the position of a race driver correctly = 5 points
  • Guess the position of a race driver within 1 place = 1 point

Bonus points:

  • Correctly guess 2 people in their finishing positions = 1 point
  • Correctly guess 3 people in their finishing positions = 2 points
  • Correctly guess 4 people in their finishing positions = 3 points
  • Correctly guess 5 people in their finishing positions = 4 points
  • Correctly guess 6people in their finishing positions = 5 points
  • Correctly guess 7 people in their finishing positions = 6 points
  • Correctly guess 8 people in their finishing positions = 7 points
  • Correctly guess 9 people in their finishing positions = 8 points
  • A bonus of 10 points is awarded if you guess all drivers in all the right places (That would be amazing, wouldn’t it?)

Can somebody explain how you do a pitstop in SRW?

I never did that before and don't know exactly what you have to do.

(maybe a stupid question but I don't play online that long).

MrPiet at first pls map a button for the pit-stop in the settings, second do not trust the garage pit stop, because for now it not work  ,third and last when you are on the track, press the selected button for pit-stop and use the arrow keys in the pit-stop menu, remember that you have to press for each liter of fuel,so if you have to put over 50 L start doing that when you join the race until the race start, and remember too that if you didn't do that in time, the next time you request pit-stop your previous settings will stay :D ,and just in the lap you wanna to enter you press again the pit-stop and select the bottom one Confirm

Thanks Crazy for your answer.

Hopefully I get this right during the EVO race.(if I qualify ;) )

One question : do I have to refuel the EVO or can The EVO do the full 30 laps on 1 full tank?

(I assume we get a full tank at the beginning of the race).

Yes, Evo racers will have to refuel, that will be the main target of the pitstop.

Last question (I think) : Since the speedlimiter doesn't work on the EVO , will there be a penalty for speeding in the pits?

Practice events are ready! This time in Challenge mode, but I gave you guys 6 servers per each, so there shouldnt be a problem with accessibility. Find them in the events lobby, in about 20 minutes from the moment of posting this:

I'm interested in the feedback regarding the time scaling in Evo event. I believe that everything is set properly, but if you have concerns about the darkness by the end of it - please let me know. It is supposed to be dark, but not completely dark.

Have a good practice  :)

1. What do I get for these "points" in sunday Evo race? More credits? Because it has no prize of any kind it seems.

2. Can I set lower amount of fuel to tank at first stop for evo instead of full tank?

The night transition is fine although track has literally no lights of any kind so it's a bit weird.

Thanks for the information  :) Was it too dark for you?

1. You get points for SRW Race to the Weekend and then double points for SRW Sunday Race-Off. Both add together and decide upon your final position, so you have to be good at both! There are no prizes at the moment, no.

2. Sure  :)
