Simraceway is concerned about drivers who sully the experience of other players. This includes aggressive driving and/or verbal abuse. We want you to tell us if you have been wronged by another racer. If you are involved in an incident in a race, first please take some time to sit back and reflect on what happened. Often the situation will look different to you after you have had the time to calm down and analyse the situation with a clear head.

After reflecting, if you conclude the incident was inappropriate, please try to provide as much of the information listed below.

 - Your Username:

 - Offender’s Username:

 - Session they offended in (URL or Event ID):

 - Replay file from the session:

To locate replays, press the Windows key + R on the Desktop, in the Run box type %appdata% and press Enter then locate the Simraceway folder, from there go to REPLAYFRIDGE then REPLAYS and locate the file with the same name of the session you have in the in-game Replays menu (all replay files have the VCR extension).

 - Time/Lap they offended on:

 - What the offense was:

 - Any screenshots related to the offence:

To take screenshots we suggest using the likes of Fraps or MSI Afterburner.

Please send it to support@simraceway.com and create a subject in this format “Incident Report: .

For example, SUBJECT: Incident report: rockyroad deliberate crashing. Once we have the details, we will deliberate and take appropriate action. Please don’t confront the other member and get into an argument: two wrongs do not make a right!
