Have you guys tested the two cars on a full server? No more 2gb of memory usage with lowest settings? :)

Also i must say what i think about the Bentleys setup, its awful. Above 150kmh its like driving a train. The rear wont twitch and the car wont rotate no matter how hard you try. Too much rear wing.

Then again the car is a torquebomb at low speed so making it mechanically more understeery while removing rear wing would make it faster and easier to drive too :) But fun fast car anyway

Yes, this should work just fine. MP4-12C was the problem, because it has plenty of paints and took a lot of memory. Sorry, these are the downs of multi car racing that we have.

Not surprised by your opinion at all, to be honest. Just waiting for another claim that you will leave simracing if you don't win an open setup event.  :)

Everyone! Please make sure to check out Silverstone's thread: http://community.sim...-2013-11am-pst/

It was updated and there is a very important note from Bob to it.

Can I just ask you Coss to setup an expert event on this car\track, to remind Risto how good his setup knowledge is?:P

It shouldn't be a problem this week, Jolly. Last week, MP4-12C street version was a very heavy car. These two above are lighter than one MP4-12C. To be exact, one MP4-12C street weights just as much as 3 Bentley Speed 8s.

people often use tc to get fast lap times, I have begun using it myself and it does affect the overall lap time by a good 2 seconds often more! IMHO this might as well be disabled to get the 'full' out of drivers and to get the drivers to "squill" up with the car. -that was a pun BTW:P what I meant is get more skill with the car...

Dimitris is in the lead (I don't count) can anyone take the lead from him with these last races left?

Never in any game or simulation have i been faster with TC. If its helping you, it means its doing its job as an AID, helping you be better if you cant apply throttle carefully yourself. But once you get fast then its always a restrictor. It could be abused if setups were open so that you make a very pointy setup and then apply aids but thats not the case in this event.

Agree with Risto, once you are using wheel and you are more or less fast, TC will make you slower on fixed setup and almost always slower in open setups. Auto clutch and abs are used a lot more frequently.

hellzwind has a point, also there's no denying risto's words.... but talkin' about a 20 laps race's consistency, I think it's another story.

Jolly, are there any confusing parts this week?

i find it confusing why we are having such a terrible format.....

i get to race 6 other people woo!

and if anyone is having a fight, after teh faked pitstops that will be blown apart too likely

last weeks 12c streetcar with 14 woulda been pretty damn good, as it was.... rather empty affair

those gt3's were much faster so i just let em by like being lapped

and silverstone is a game crash track it makes the game crash to desktop quite a lot even in hotlap too with nothing to do with multicar

Two things are limiting me. One is the slots limit of course and other is the memory limit - some of our cars are too heavy. Every new one is optimized and old one will get optimized, but it will take time. Yes, maybe only 6 opponents in your class, but it will be a very good race overall. Make sure to practice pitstops.
