Hey all

I would like to know what kind of cars you like most in SRW.

Of course it is fun to drive a historic car or a street car but I prefer any kind of modern racecar, like the GT3s or GT2s, Prototypes and Formula cars.

What are your favourites? just vote for it, so we know what kind of cars should be added soon.

Simon

Simon, you can add a poll to a thread in these new forums. Simply edit the first post using the full editor - on the right side of the page is a "Manage Topic Poll" option. The full list of categories currently on the Cars page are Dirt Rally, GT, Karts, Novel, Open Wheelers, Prototype, Stock Cars, Street and Touring.

Well, Gts are beautiful car funny for battle too but no one of this can beat in funny races the open wheel cars; since my 1st simulators, remember Indycar by Papyrus and GP2 by Geoff Crammond I always preferred this type of games  really the only game I played before Rfactor & SRW; in open wheel car braking distance become short and rhythm become important and you can to see there no space for noobs :P

I prefer the classic streetcars, so my vote needs to go there.

This doesn't mean I dislike any car. Racing a vintage car is nice, but to feel more comfortable in a race I would go for a GT2-3.

...and drifting in the EvoX in Shinjuku also classifies as great fun. That leaves some icons I would like to try as the Ford Escord MkII or the Aston Matin Vantage GT... so a real choice... nah,... its comparing apples to pears tbh... GIME ALL whahahaha...

anyway... Classic Streetcars and then some nice GTs from any series I watch on tele... yup... all good to start with :)

Thanks :)

I voted Stock cars, Open-Wheelers, and Modern racecars. Out of those three, Stock cars have to be my favorite, to me it would be amazing to have a companion for our ovals.

This poll has been up for one week now and I'd like to show the tendency so far and its relation to the curently available cars in SRW.

Street cars and GTs are head to head at about 20 percent with a small advantage for the GTs.

With about 13 % historic race cars are slightly ahead of open wheeler, prototypes, historic street cars and dirt rally cars. The list ends with the stock cars at almost 6 percent.

I think it is a good indication wich kind of cars will be welcomed in srw in the near future. So far the GTs are not represented that much whereas we already have plenty of street cars. I would love to see some GT versions of the street cars, e.g. the Mercedes Benz SLS GT3, Saleen S7 R or the Dodge Viper GT3.

Yes we need more race cars - GT and prototype.
