Are you using the Controller.ini? And how about the Logitech Profiler?

Does the FFB change from car to another or within one single session from lap to another?

How long have you been using the wheel for when the FFB gets weak? sometimes the wheel will cut down on FFB strength if it's getting too hot but usually that's gradual and doesn't change lap to lap.

How much FFB power do you use? I got DFGT, and I've dropped my over all stregth to about 60%
(My wheel is pretty beat up and I fear it will let the Magical Blue Smoke out any day now. And you know, when the factory installed Blue Smoke is gone, there's no way to put it back yourself. :P)

How about if you turn the strength to half of what you usually have, and see if it still starts to cut it?

If, for some reason, it's the overheating thing, switching it on and off, that test should reveal it. (Am I right?)

And if not, try and map a button to "reset FFB".

Sometimes SRW forgets, that you're using a forcefeedback wheel, when you return to track after pitting and changing some settings.

Drove me nearly crazy, once.

With the "reset FFB" button it wakes up almost instantly from its recreational nap and you're back to normal.
