I just want to say to everyone who's racing in the sros to make sure you keep it calm during the start of the race.

Both the sports car circuit and the interior circuit have very narrow chicanes, so there's really huge risk when making an aggressive move.

Just saying this warning since the circuit is new to us and we don't want to end up like this...

Other than that GOOD LUCK racers!!! Let these yellow bees and drifty evos fly the california circuit!  B)

After last week's brilliant races at Brno, this time something completely new to Sunday Race-Offs: The Auto Club race track, with it's two road course layouts and one of your favourite cars!

Who said that the renault is our favorite car ?????? Mine its not for sure.

From my side its 1 of the worst cars in the game. Kepu, dimitris told me the same.

So i would like to know where that information cames from ??

guess you're the minority, everybody else I talked with loved the car and the track too.

the setup is not the best, I must admit. but since it's not open setup, there is hardly any chance to make it fit you better. :)
the challenge is the same for everybody....or at least for the most of us :) and no offense, but if you don't have time or patience to practice enough, it's not the car's and the track's fault....

Daniel, it seems that you don't understand that Van is one of the most succesful SRO drivers as he has many many many top 5 finishes, why do you treat him like he doesn't like practicing instead of that maybe the car sucks/doesn't fit the pad?

It is not that I do not like this car handling,I hate it!

It is like driving a 1 tone karting,it is bumpy like a karting and goes all over the place when braking, the problem whit the brakes I resolved it whit the ABS,but the bumpy part just sucks

Razor ? Besides that he just doesn't act like that, I respect everybody's accomplishments. "doesn't fit the pad" so any car and track what doesn't fit the mortal kombat controller in a simulator is sh**. Okay I get it.

i added a /, so maybe it's one of the reasons or maybe not. Just tried to say that of course he practice and he tries hard, but he can fight basically anyone on this game when he's "on the zone".

I won't comment about the car, I already commented what I had to say too many times to repeat myself.

I'm glad some of the fastest guys in srw have commented on the car, I know i don't really have a valid opinion due to me being much slower than you guys but i have to agree with what VanPanther has said but i'll disagree.. the Car is ok but the setup is rubbish.

With any luck Cossacco will allow open setups next week because i certainly can't drive this car in it's current state to the best of my abilities.

The track is hard to get into as you naturally dont feel the boundries, since its just cones and lines on an asphalt field but once u put some laps in

then its is pretty good. Im definatly enjoying the car, although it is hard to drive.

Someone mentioned it handling like a kart and i agree! The rear comes around when braking for that hairpin after a long bend, and it is very snappy. Great fun if you can gather the effort to not slam the throttle.

And on a seperate post: i remind you guys about the existance of driving aids! they are there for a reason.

This is the way it shoudl be: the default setup is sharp and on the edge, and aids avaliable for who cant master the car.

Not the usual, that the setup is borderline understeery and noone uses the aids anyway...

I use several aids: tc - medium;  stability control - low; ABS - high.

I don't know why (maybe because of the aids) but i like the car. I don't think it worth 1800 credits (maybe 1000 credits), but i like it! I feel like it's a racer car that could have more power!...

Take a look who is first,a guy who use a pad controller,so its not a controller issue,it is a car handling issue, believe me on that ;)

I understand that this is a proper racing car who has the chassis made of tubes and the engine is behind the driver and all body work made of plastic, but damn it,it is hard to control the car under braking and even in the exit of the corner if the car starts to overtake himself at lest for me,I almost always span :(

I will try tomorrow drive whit the traction control, but I am sure that I will lose all the joy of driving that car

The track is lets say good,I am not a big fan of tracks made on a flat surface/parking lot  <_<

Everyone who complains about the handling of the Megane Trophy, please get into Practice and experiment with moving brakes balance more to the front. Try a value of 59 for example.

Let me know if that improves your experience...

Def a brake balance issue. More front please.

59 or even more really. I can slam on the brakes at full speed and it stays straight (like ALL cars should)
